How does the free trial work?
You get full access to everything — the offline map, trip planning, weather and wind, the AI guide — for 3 days. No feature gates, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on your iPhone, cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If you subscribed on the web app, use the Billing page in your account. Either way, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
I subscribed on my iPhone — can I use the web app too?
Yes. One account covers both. Sign in to the web app with the same login you use on iOS and everything — trips, waypoints, routes, expenses — is already there and stays in sync.
Does everyone in my group need their own subscription?
Not on Premium+ — one subscription covers the whole boat, and your crew joins your trip free with a join code. See the pricing section for what each plan includes.
My group’s join code isn’t working — what should I check?
Make sure they’re entering the code from the trip’s current invite (a new code is generated if the organizer resets it), and that they’ve created an account and are signed in first. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
How do I make the map work offline before my trip?
On iOS, download the map while you still have service — at home or at the marina — and it keeps working up-lake with zero bars, including your waypoints, routes, and GPS tracking. Weather works offline too: save a snapshot at the marina and the forecast rides along.
I found a map error, a new hazard, or a spot worth adding — how do I report it?
Use Report a Spot right on the map in the app — hazard reports and community waypoints from boaters on the water are how the map keeps getting better. You can also email us a description or a screenshot; we review every report.
I got a new phone — how do I get my subscription and data back?
Install the app and sign in with the same account. Your trips, waypoints, and tracks live in your account, not on the phone. If your subscription doesn’t show up right away on iOS, use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings.
How do I suggest a feature?
The fastest way is the built-in Feedback area in the iOS and web apps — send your idea right from the app, screenshots included. Email works too. Either way it lands in front of us: the app is built on feedback from boaters on this lake, and requests from people using it on the water carry the most weight in what gets built next.
