How far is Lake Powell from Zion National Park?
About 115 miles and 2.5 hours from Springdale to Page via UT-9 and US-89. One tunnel on the way limits oversize rigs and wide boat trailers.

About 115 road miles and 2.5 hours from Springdale, the town at Zion’s south entrance, to Page and the southern marinas. The route is UT-9 east through Zion and the Zion–Mount Carmel Tunnel, then US-89 south through Kanab to Page. The tunnel is the catch for boaters: vehicles wider than 11 feet 4 inches or taller than 13 feet 1 inch need a paid escort through it, so a wide trailer or a tall RV may be better off looping around on US-89 via Mount Carmel Junction. Kanab is the last full-service town, about 75 minutes from Page, and tiny Big Water has a gas stop closer in. Zion and Lake Powell pair well as a 2-stop trip; the getting-here guide covers the other approaches.
